convenient location comfortable bed updated equipment

the location was very convenient, close to many attractions. the room had modern fixtures and a comfortable king bed. i used the gym, it has updated equipment and was very clean.

Excellent Premises and Service

attentive staff quick check-in professional service personal touch

I found the staff very attentive. The reception team checked me in quickly. Aleena was helpful , addressing my questions promptly. Sid provided professional service. His attention to detail was appreciated. Morine's friendly attitude added a personal touch to my visit. I thank the team for their excellent dedication.

The pool area can get crowded during peak hours. Finding available loungers requires arriving early.

The room has smart features. I could control the lights and electric curtains with touch switches. The bathroom was spacious. It included two sinks, a separate toilet, and a large shower and bathtub. The bed was very comfortable!!!

The hotel has several on-site spots. There are very good sunbeds by the pool and the sea. The hotel includes three pools. Families usually stay at the one farthest from the event. A separate area for kids exists.

The reception team and cleaning staff were amazing. They cleaned the room perfectly every morning. They fitted my schedule. A staff member checked if I needed anything else or mineral water.

Acceptable Stay with Significant Issues

My expensive suite had a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling. I mentioned it twice, and the problem was never fixed. I slipped on the wet marble floor and cut myself badly. The hotel only offered plasters, and the water in the shower would randomly turn scalding hot, which burned me several times. Most of the staff were very rude and treated me poorly!!!

mixed feelings about the stay

bathroom leak slippery floors

the staff was friendly and the ronin restaurant was good, including food, service, interior, and view.

I stayed in an expensive suite, yet there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. despite reporting it twice, no one moved me nor fixed the problem. i slipped and cut my foot and hand badly because the leak made the marble floors very slippery. All they offered were plasters. also, the shower's water regulation was awful. It often turned boiling hot and scalded me. i reported this too, but it was never solved.
